IPTools UK doesn't run a support ticketing system — for now, the fastest way to reach us is email. This works well for:

• Reporting a bug or an incorrect result from a specific tool.
• Suggesting a new tool or an improvement to an existing one.
• Reporting suspected abuse of the network-facing tools (see our acceptable use policy).
• Questions about our privacy notice.

If you're reporting a bug, it helps enormously to include the exact tool page URL (with your input still in the address bar), what you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
